Missionaries to Israel

Pastor Stan and his wife Heather (American names), lead a Messianic congregation near Tel Aviv, Israel.

I have known them for over thirty years, and even officiated at their wedding.

From 1975 through 1982, Stan worked faitfhully in churches which I was privileged to pastor in Troy, New York.

He first labored in the bus ministry, Sunday school and with visitation and soul winning.

After the Lord separated him for pastoral ministry, he spent his weekdays at Bible College, traveling 250 miles each way on weekends to continue supporting the church ministries.

Stan was acitve in our bus ministry, taught Sunday School, labored in the junior church program, did visitation, and single-handedly led nearly 1,000 people to the Lord in a period of one year.

Throughout those years, Heather labored in Sunday School, Junior Church, as our pianist, and in our Christian school.

He became my Associate Pastor, was principal of our Christian school (grades K-12), and was involved in so many ministries that I cannot recall them all. Our Christian school was rated first in academic achievement among over 200 schools in the A.C.E. program in New York and New England for five successive years. For five successive years we achieved "Merit School Status."

Upon my move to another ministry, Stanley was called as pastor.

Later, he led a messianic congregation in Albany, New York.

Finally, he and his wife, a deeply devoted servant of God, took their children to Israel where they have labored faithfully for over 15 years. His five children are now grown, and faithfully serve the Lord. One son has finished military service and another is now serving in the Israeli army. They will celebrate their 30th wedding anniversary in 2007.

A prayer warrior first, last and always, Stan is a choice servant of the Lord Jesus Christ.
